Free Lunch Program!
Welcome Elementary School has been designated to participate in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) for the 2023-2024 school year, which means every student will be able to receive a breakfast and/or lunch at no cost for the year. Because meals will be available to all students at no cost, free/reduced meal applications will not be distributed or collected for students at our school for the 2023-2024 school year. If you have students in your household who attend a school that is NOT participating in CEP, they will either need to be directly certified for free/reduced meal benefits, apply and be approved for free/reduced meal benefits, or purchase meals at the designated costs.
