Communication

Your child will have a vinyl folder that will provide a method for open communication.  Please remember that transportation and absence notes go in this take home folder.  All papers from school will also come home in this folder.  When your child is absent they  need to bring in a note for their absence within three days of returning to school or it will be coded as unexcused.

Graded work will come home weekly in their grade folder.  Please review the work, sign the enclosed sheet and return all work and folder .  Graded work will be returned at the end of each nine weeks.

***We realize that cell phone numbers, home phone numbers, work information, addresses, and emergency contact information changes.  Please use the communication folder/agenda to update information as needed.   This information is very important and we need to be able to reach someone should your child become ill at school or have some other type of emergency.

*Please remember that transportation notes need to be written on a separate sheet of paper with the child’s first and last name.
